at makayitGROW designs, your privacy is important. please read the privacy policy that outlines and indicates the ways your personal information is managed.

building, designing, & curating projects

there are several requirements deemed necessary by makayitGROW design's, m.amaris levitt that will ensure proper mutually and conditions of services between ensure makayitGROW design's, m.amaris levitt and the client.

these are the following required services:

requirements

a downpayment deposit of $85 is required. if the client decides to not immediately proceed with the design process within one week, the $85 will be returned back to the client. the $85 downpayment deposit will be deducted from the remaining amount due during the post-consultation. the remaining amount due must be paid at 100% before your website:

adherence

all clients agreeing to paying for services and subscriptions from makayitGROW designs must adhere to the following terms of services:

confindentality

there will be a confidential relationship between makayitGROW designs and clients. information concerning makayitGROW designs' and/or's businesses affairs, vendors, third-parities, properties, methods of operation, documentation, m.amaris levitt, and other such information whether written, oral, verbal, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. all clients must adhere fully to such confidentiality and agreement(s).

both makayitGROW designs and clients must agree to a non-competition agreement to ensure a respective mutuality from both parties. clients will not attempt to procure business with other website development entities for any reason whatsoever. and makayitgrow designs will not provide clients information to third and fourth-parties entities.

non-competition

makaygrow designs ensures that all clients will retain their original documents and copyrights. no royalty fees will be paid to makayitGROW designs for the curating and designing any logos and brand materials. for their use.makayitgrow design's will only receive permission and copies of needed materials from the client.

files and copyrights

website maintenance & updates

100% of a subscription service payment is due prior to the maintenance on a website.

there will be no minimum deposits before site maintenance.

note: maintenance is only provided through the mig subscription services, which can be found here.

payment conditions

on the root subscription maintenance service, updates on a website will take between 3-7 business days (excluding weekends). the leaf subscription maintenance service, updates on a website will take between 2-5 business days (including weekends) and the branch subscription maintenance service, updates on a website will take between 1-3 business days (including weekends). to complete from the day to day request was submitted and all content needed to complete the updates are received

in order for services to commence, clients can either complete the update request form, book a sandbox meeting, or reach out via email.

basic maintenance without a subscription include:

the standard fee is $55 for each hour

changes to text, images, or basic graphics

updates that do not require coding or complex integrations

changes that do not require reconfiguration of the website and pages

*please note: all updates requests after 9pm est will be put into the update queue for the following business day.

turnaround time

same-day/urgency

all updates that are requested for the same day  will incur a $100 rush fee. same day requests must be recived by 1pm est during business hours and only apply to basic updates.

all same day requests must be received by 10am est (this applied to subscribed and non-subscribed clients

*if there is a technical emergency to your website that severely impacts the function and accessibility, a rush fee will not be required. additionally, please email makayitgrow@gmail.com immediately.

cancellations & refunds

payment conditions

clients that request a cancellation of their website will be reimbursed only the downpayment deposit  of $85. the process of cancellation is the following:

immediate deactivation of the website (domain server)

*clients that request a halt of their website admist the design and development process, must pay half of total invoice and the website's domain server will be deactivated until re-requested.

late fees & delays

all past due invoices will incur a $150 fee on top of the invoice. any non-payment of invoices will result in deactivation of the website, services, and/or delay and/or halt in designing and development.

*please note: all terms of service may be subject to change as deemed necessary by makayitGROW designs. clients with active websites during policy changes will adhere to the policies that were in place upon change. an email will go out to all clients and subscribers.
